“Death is not the opposite of life, but a part of it.”
— Haruki Murakami

Mission statement

At Lovelight Threshold, we believe that death and grief are not problems to be solved - they are profound human experiences deserving of open, honest, and compassionate attention.

Death is a fact of life - one that can be met with meaning and even beauty. And grief can be transformed into a new form of connection and awareness.

Our mission is to normalize conversations around death and dying, and to offer meaningful support to those navigating loss in all its forms.

SUPPORT & CAREGIVING

I What if grief could actually be transformed into connection?

Grief support is offered using Rapid Resolution Therapy — a gentle but powerful approach that works with the mind and nervous system to help lift the weight of grief at its root, not just talk around it.

Introducing Lisa Lovelight.

Lisa Lovelight is a grief support specialist and death doula with a background in end of life care as a hospice nurse. Through her practice, Lovelight Theshold, Lisa offers a grounded, unhurried space for people to meet their grief - and their mortality - without fear or avoidance.

Using Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), Lisa works with clients at a deeper level than traditional talk-based support, helping to shift grief in the mind, body, and nervous system. Her work is rooted in the belief that when we stop treating death as  taboo, we become more free to truly live.

As a death doula, Lisa brings that same philosophy to the end of life journey - helping individuals and families feel organized, prepared, and at peace. She supports clients in tending to the practical details of dying while also honoring death as a sacred transition, thoughtfully crafting an atmosphere where the final chapter of life can unfold with dignity, intention, and love. Ensuring that when the time comes, nothing important is left unsaid or undone.
